The first album in my 'Anthology' series, is songs that aren't part of a straightforward narrative, but are moments taken out of major plot points and are meant to set the stage for each albums complete narrative arcs. A book of tales in no discernable order but all exist at some point within the story.

An experimental album as it was my first, I used genres such as fantasy synth to build upon. Pulling ideas and influences from genres I love and colliding them together to see what would happen. Where one song may illicit the sensation of being present when the universe came to be to another where heavy rainfall and distant battle will erupt into an all out war inside a cramped tomb, with heavy metal inspired synth riffs underscored by pounding drums.

My goal was to create a world where the music fits the tone of the story I'm trying to tell at that given moment and to do that I had to embrace the idea of doing anything. Though it may be jarring at first, I hope that it at least comes out as unique and inspired.

Follow the Immortal under the cloak of night.
Guided only by fleeting rays of the pale moonlight.
